What an amazing night on Tuesday the 17th as a heavily staffed team from Way of Life made the difference in a homeless shelter in Belcamp, MD. We were able to prepare dinner, as well as breakfast and lunch for the next day for about 35-40 homeless people.

Such amazing feedback from the shelter, the said every day of the week a church provides this service, but they’ve never had the turnout that they received from Way of Life.

Kudos to the families of our church for being so willing to give of yourselves and not expect anything in return. The shelter was so full that almost half of our volunteers had to stand outside because there was simply no more room to serve.

I’m thankful to be a part of a community, and to raise my children around people that value these things as I do. Lets continue to make a difference in harford county!
